Overview

MailRaft keeps business conversations, grounded drafts and human approvals in one workspace. Production onboarding is currently Google-only. Email and SMS sending remain disabled until their delivery and approval gates pass.

Setup & requirements

Open https://app.mailraft.com/workspace, continue with Google, then enter your real company name. If Google reports redirect_uri_mismatch, the operator must register the deployed callback before you can continue. Never substitute a shared test account.

Usage & verification

Setup order: sign in, create or select your company, open Integrations, approve a specific provider resource, connect, then run Test connection. A saved connection starts untested. Read the test result and call history before using it. Test passed means that adapter probe passed, not that a message was delivered.

Use https://app.mailraft.com/workspace/integrations for connections and https://status.mailraft.com for public availability. API health and provider readiness are separate.
