MacBook setup

Install Node 22.18 or later, pnpm 9.15.0 and Docker Desktop or Colima. Clone the MailRaft repository, switch to main and pull with --ff-only.

Run pnpm install --frozen-lockfile, pnpm dev:up, pnpm db:local:migrate, pnpm db:local:seed, pnpm check and pnpm dev. Local fixtures stay in the local stack. Use the private repository’s MAC-HANDOFF for the verified commit and exact test commands.
