Privacy and data handling

Use only data you are authorized to process. Do not upload production customer mail until your company’s privacy, retention and provider setup have been reviewed. Evidence must omit tokens, provider identifiers and message content.

Connected providers process explicitly scoped requests. Google Sign-In is separate from mailbox access. The operator must establish retention, deletion and support arrangements before a customer launch; this beta notice is not a completed compliance certification.
