Overview

Sign in at https://app.mailraft.com/workspace. Creating a company is an explicit authenticated action. Callback retries do not create companies. Repeating company setup resumes the existing membership; suspended or removed memberships cannot use setup to regain access.

Setup & requirements

New production companies have no test mailbox assigned. Mailbox provisioning is a separate operator-reviewed step. An empty inbox does not demonstrate mail delivery.

Usage & verification

The existing company membership is authoritative. Do not create a second company to work around a callback failure. Start a fresh login instead of replaying an old callback. Suspended or removed members need an authorized membership change; reauthentication does not restore access.

Verify setup by refreshing the dashboard, signing out, and confirming protected requests deny access. Never include the full callback URL, login code or cookie in a support report.
